While our patients are thrilled to find an eye surgeon they can trust, they may also experience trepidation venturing to a new city. Travel can be stressful, especially when it comes to your healthcare needs. That's why we've put together some information to help make your visit with us as smooth and comfortable as possible. Our team of experienced, trusted eye health professionals can meet with you virtually via web conferencing for your initial consultation. After that, we will schedule your in-person appointment and provide top-rated recommendations on rental cars, accommodations, sightseeing, dining, and more.

Plan Ahead

If you're traveling from out of town for an eye appointment, it's important to plan ahead. Make sure you know the date and time of your appointment, as well as the location of our office. If you need help with transportation or accommodations, let us know, and our caring patient coordinator can assist you.

Bring Your Medical Records

If you've had previous eye exams or treatments, be sure to bring a copy of your medical records with you. This will help us better understand your eye health history and provide you with the best possible care.

Arrive Early

We recommend that out-of-town patients arrive early for their appointments. This will give you plenty of time to find our office, fill out any necessary paperwork, and get settled before your exam.

Ask Questions

If you have any questions or concerns about your eye health or treatment, don't hesitate to ask. Our team is here to help, and we want to make sure you feel comfortable and informed throughout your visit.

Enjoy Your Visit

While you're in town, take some time to explore the area and enjoy all it has to offer. Whether it's trying new restaurants, visiting local attractions, or simply taking a stroll through the city, we want you to have a positive and memorable experience during your visit with us.

We hope this information helps make your visit with us as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We look forward to seeing you soon!
