Raised in the very town where our business thrives, Michelle has developed a keen understanding of the importance of attention to detail and delivering premium service. She graduated from Greenwich High School, where she cultivated her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Throughout her career, Michelle has honed her customer service skills, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations and build long-lasting relationships. She is known for her excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to going above and beyond to meet customer needs. Her friendly and approachable demeanor makes her a trusted point of contact for both customers and team members.

In addition to her extensive customer service experience, Michelle has also played a pivotal role in assisting in the preoperative and postoperative areas. Her attention to detail, organizational prowess, and strong teamwork skills have contributed to the seamless flow of operations and exceptional care provided to patients.

Outside of work, Michelle finds solace in spending quality time with her family, especially her two boys, Leo and Isaac. Whether it's exploring the great outdoors, enjoying a family movie night, or cheering on her boys at their sporting events, she values the precious moments and believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Dylan's love for helping others extends beyond the medical field. When he's not working, he enjoys pursuing various hobbies that bring him joy and fulfillment. Dylan is a fitness enthusiast, frequently hitting the gym to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. He believes that physical well-being is essential for overall happiness.

Additionally, Dylan is an avid cook, finding solace and creativity in the kitchen. Experimenting with different flavors and techniques allows him to unwind and express his culinary talents. Whether it's whipping up a gourmet meal or trying out new recipes, he takes great pleasure in the art of cooking.

Serving as the Practice Executive, Surgical Scrub Technician, and Surgical Counselor, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the practice. Meaghan's steadfast dedication, combined with her passion for providing exceptional patient care, makes her an invaluable asset to the team.

From the very beginning, Meaghan has been an integral part of Coastal Eye. She joined the practice alongside Dr. Shakir during its inception, and her contributions have been instrumental in its growth and success. As the Surgical Scrub Technician, Meaghan exhibits expertise and precision in the operating room. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team ensure that procedures are conducted seamlessly and safely.

Beyond her technical skills, Meaghan serves as the Surgical Counselor, providing invaluable guidance and support to patients throughout their surgical journey.
